  • Payment for orders must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Seller.
  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Seller reserves the right to refuse any order.

 

4. Shipping

  • Shipping within South Africa only.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of R250.00 applies to all orders.
  • Seller will use reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the provided delivery timelines.
  • Seller is not responsible for any delays or disruptions to delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, contact gm@hoopenburg if you require a refund or wish to return your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed only after receiving the returned product.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products sold through the Site are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Seller does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the purchase of products from Seller.
